Our kids face sexual battles like never before. The church must educate and equip teens for the sexual battles they face every day. The pressure on our youth today to conform to the
culture’s distorted message about sex is overwhelming. Youth in the church are becoming ensnared in sexual struggles and sin in numbers that are vitually identical with what is found in the culture all around us.
But overall, the church is doing an abysmal job here. Yourth pastors and leaders don't know what to say; parents hope their kids are sexually pure but they also don't know what to say. And the church is silent on a issue that is sweeping our youth away from faith and the church. Parents, along with youth ministry leaders & volunteers, need to find ways to help youth live godly lives in the midst of a culture that says “porn is the norm” and that any sexual expression is acceptable.
