| Information:
Scott Wells is the Men's Ministry Coordinator for Harvest USA's Mid-South office. He is presently developing a team of ministry partners/supporters in order to join the Mid-South office full time.
Prior to joining the staff at Harvest USA, Scott has served in a variety of ministry settings, including youth, campus ministries, and most recently as an assistant pastor in Chattanooga. Those years have given Scott a "street-level" view of how prevalent sexual struggle is in the culture and in the church. Knowing that need invigorates his vision and passion to equip the church to effectively minister the hope of the Gospel of Jesus to those hurt and broken by sexual struggles and sin.
Scott grew up in Virginia. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and has vocational experience as a professional computer geek. Scott obtained his Masters of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida, and has studied with the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF) in Glenside, Pennsylvania. He has been married for over 15 years and has two children.

| Information: Renee has worked in development for over 12 years serving mostly social service organizations specializing in serving children and adults with special needs. She has served as a board member for organizations such as the Red Cross and has given her the opportunity to know first hand both staff and volunteer perspectives.
Coming to Harvest USA was entirely the Lord’s leading. Since she already had a job, and was not looking for a change. She sought the wisdom of her friends and asked them to pray. As she talked with them they too caught the vision and encouraged her to continue discussions. The rest as they say is history. The Lord gave a settled conviction that this was His plan. Her first day was July 1, 2009 and she hasn’t looked back!
Renee has lived in Chattanooga most of her life and has 3 adult children. She loves eating out with friends and going to the symphony; her favorite past time is reading a good book.
