Ellen Dykas oversees Harvest USA’s ministry to women. She focuses on discipleship with women who are struggling with sexual and relational sins in their own lives, as well as women who are impacted by the sexual sins of their spouses or others. She was a missionary in Romania and served on a church staff prior to coming to HARVEST USA in 2007. She has a MA in Biblical Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a Graduate Certificate in Biblical Counseling through the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation in Glenside, PA. She has written articles for The Journal of Biblical Counseling and The Christian Research Journal and co-authored a small group resource for women, Sexual Sanity for Women: Healing from Relational and Sexual Brokenness and has recently written Living Together: Why Marriage is the Best Choice.
Susan Geiger started her most recent time with Harvest USA in 2017 as a member of the Women’s Ministry Staff, though she began volunteering in 2002. She and her husband Tim moved to Pittsburgh in 2007, and Susan continued to work for the ministry at the Pittsburgh office as an administrator and women’s ministry liaison. At present, Susan’s primary focus is ministry to wives of husbands who struggle with sexual sin and addiction. Susan meets with women one on one and helps lead a larger biblical support group for wives. In each context, the goal is to walk with hurting women and point them to Christ for his tender care and healing of their own hearts and for their marriages. Susan received an M.A. in Christian Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University) in Langhorne, PA. She enjoys reading, teaching and companioning with women as they seek God.
